Nee-san is what the Japanese call their older sisters and their cool cousins from the city. “100 nee-san” is a new, free-form embroidery fabric featuring 100 very cool ladies that you can dress, style, and stitch any way you like. Practice your embroidery stitches (a satin stitch for one outfit, all French knots for the next one, etc.) or just use your needle and thread like a marker, drawing lines and filling in shapes intuitively. You can use your 100 nee-san fabric with any embroidery hoop, a sharp needle, and any kind of embroidery floss. It’s fun to mix different types, like using shiny traditional floss for a dress but rough crewel wool for a hairdo. Each sheet measures 40 x 52 cm (15.7″ x 20.5″) and comes with brief instructions in Japanese only. However, this isn’t really an activity that needs instructions �� Made from 100% cotton.
