Received an email that puralator couldn’t deliver because I wasn’t home, when actually I was home they just couldn’t be bothered to drive down my driveway. Then I was sent a very confusing email saying my basket could be picked up in Langley when actually it was sitting in a cell phone shop in Maple Ridge. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that until 4 days after it arrived there. This was such terrible service and too much stress to get my gift basket. I won’t be ordering from you again. Too much of a hassle and when I asked for help the help was a big disappointment.
