Available as: Min. 2kg (approx. 6 bones) Min. 3kg (approx. 9 bones) A stunning roast for family gatherings or special occasions. Cooking Guide Remove from the fridge 30–40 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan). Pat rind dry and rub generously with sea salt. Roast for 20 minutes to start the crackling, then reduce oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Continue to cook for 35 minutes per 500g, until the pork reaches 70°C internal. Rest, loosely covered, for at least 20 minutes before carving between the bones. Serving SuggestionPresent whole at the table and carve into individual bone-in chops. Pairs perfectly with roast potatoes, apple sauce, and honey roast parsnips.
