Description DescriptionCut with the rind on, our pork loin steaks are prepared from high-welfare pork, sourced from Packington Free Range or Blanchard’s Outdoor Bred Hampshire breed pork. Lean, tender and versatile, they’re ideal for quick midweek meals or something more special when paired with a sauce or glaze. Each pack contains 2 × 190g steaks. Cooking Guide Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Score the rind lightly and season well with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan, sear the steaks rind-side down for 2–3 minutes to start crisping, then brown each flat side for 1–2 minutes. Transfer to an ovenproof tray and roast for 8–10 minutes, until the rind is crisp and the meat reaches an internal temperature of 70°C. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serving SuggestionServe with apple sauce or a Mustard Cream sauce, alongside buttery mash and seasonal greens.
