Description A bulk pack of 12 rind-on pork steaks, each weighing approximately 190g. Prepared from Packington Free Range or Blanchard’s Outdoor Bred Hampshire breed pork. Lean, versatile and excellent value, these steaks are perfect for quick midweek meals and family-friendly cooking. Cooking Guide (Oven) Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Pat rind dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray, rind-side up. Roast for 15–20 minutes, turning once halfway, until the rind is crisp and the pork reaches 70°C internal. Rest for 3–5 minutes before serving. Serving SuggestionBest enjoyed with golden chips and apple sauce, or pair with seasonal greens and Mustard mash for a heartier option.
