Description French trimmed for real ‘wow factor’ presentation, these pork chops are prepared with the rind left on for that all-important crackling. Cut from Packington Free Range or Blanchard’s Outdoor Bred Hampshire breed pork, they combine flavour, tenderness, and striking presentation. Available in 10oz and 12oz sizes. Cooking Guide (Oven) Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Pat dry, season generously with salt and pepper. Sear rind-side down in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes, then brown each side. Transfer to the oven and roast for 12–15 minutes (depending on size), until internal temperature reaches 70°C. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
