Description Artimus Pyle “The Civil Dead” CD The sludgy crust punk band from San Francisco, California that were active in the late 1990s going into the early 2000s. CD version of the eight track EP that Prank released in 2000. Full bore heavyweight angst that is bleak, chaotic and cathartic; a refined version of the His Hero Is Gone/Orchid influenced style of hardcore that was especially fresh and exciting at this point in time. Stands-up very well decades later.
